The metal feet easily scratch hardwood floor when moved out from wall to make the bed. My 15 yo son really doesn't like it, and has requested to get a different bed.

This bed is stylish and comfortable (with the right mattress). The adjustable head is a bonus, but again, make sure you buy a mattress that can take advantage of it. I have only two qualms:

1) As the other reviewer mentioned, the legs do stick out a bit, on both ends. This makes it take up more room than you would expect.

2) It's not that the frame is hard to put together -- I did it by myself in under an hour -- but the documentation is worthless. I had to contact customer service just to figure out that the little screws are, in fact, NOT supposed to line up with the holes on the frame. (Why do the holes exist, then? Nobody knows...)

Great bed. Easy to asssemble. Fun design. Just be careful because the cureved legs stick out further than the matteras and can be a trip hazard. My 13 daughter loves the bed.
